Behind every order

A process. An owner. A next step.

That’s the operational discipline we bring.

Our promise, not a sales guarantee.

01 / Clear scope before we start

02 / Visible tasks and reporting

03 / You retain financial control

The work behind the storefront

Sales happen up front.
We work behind the scenes.

For retailers with regular orders, an active catalogue and too much recurring admin. We focus on practical oversight—not ads, physical fulfilment or promises of higher sales.

Your channels. One agreed workflow.

Own-store operations and marketplace administration for Takealot or Amazon.co.za, within the scope we agree together.

01

Keep the catalogue in check

Scheduled product-information and stock-data checks. Flag discrepancies, track listing updates and escalate changes that need your approval.

02

Give exceptions a next step

Track problem orders and returns, assign outstanding issues and triage customer enquiries using your approved response templates.

03

Know what needs attention

Concise operations summaries and package-specific KPI reporting show open tasks, recurring issues and practical priorities—not just a pile of spreadsheets.
